You should not under price the product - I almost did not buy it because I could not believe that you were offering so much for such a small price.  Many Buyers and Sellers do not need a Business Broker, just a program like this so that they have the material to figure out what is best for their needs and situations. Besides, many brokers know less than I do. I've never seen a book or any type of material that comes anywhere close to what you are offering in the Fortt Business Guide. You even have a complete Folder about buying/leasing real estate. The formats are just tremendous because I can modify them to suit my needs.
